Step 1: On the Home screen, click "KYC your account" or go to "Settings" and select "Account Verification (KYC)".
Step 2: Choose "Start Basic KYC (ID card/Passport)".
Step 3: Enter the required information for KYC. Ensure that the information is accurate and matches your identification documents for approval.
Step 4: Directly capture or upload the required images, including:
- A photo of your face holding the front of your ID card/passport and a piece of paper with "PIB" and the date of KYC submission written on it.
- Photos of the front and back of your ID card/passport.
Once all the information is complete, click "Submit".
Step 5: The system will process your KYC request. Please wait up to 48 hours.
Step 6: You will receive a notification that your basic KYC has been successfully completed. If rejected, please check the information and perform the KYC process again as required.
Some notes when performing KYC:
- Do not use other types of personal documents for KYC; Pibridge only accepts National ID cards or Passports.
- Enter the full address as shown on your identification documents; do not abbreviate or shorten.
- Some notes when taking photos:
- High-quality photos showing your face and the document clearly.
- Do not cover any part of your face with the document or other items.
- The date on the paper must match the KYC submission date
